The caller is stating they are calling from Dominion Power in reference to non payment of a bill or bills. This is a SCAM....DO NOT GIVE THIS PERSON ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION GET A PHONE NUMBER AND CALL LAW ENFORCEMENT PLEASE!!!!
